These terms and conditions apply to all appointments, sessions, trainings, workshops, ceremonies, and other services provided by Heelde, agreed upon either verbally or in writing between Hilde Verhoef and the client.

 

1. Formation of the Agreement
An agreement is established upon written confirmation of the registration. After registering, you will receive a confirmation via email.
An agreement can also be established through a verbal arrangement, such as scheduling a consultation.

 

2. Payment and Payment Terms
Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon.
If payment is not received on time, a payment reminder will be sent. Continued non-payment may result in the claim being transferred to a collection agency, with collection costs charged to the client.

 

3. Health Insurance Reimbursement
Services provided by Hilde Verhoef are not reimbursed by health insurance providers.

 

4. Professional Association and Registrations
Hilde Verhoef is affiliated with the CAT (https://catcollectief.nl/) and the GAT (https://catcollectief.nl/gat-geschillen-alternatieve-therapeuten/). She is not registered in the Dutch BIG register.

 

5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Your information is treated confidentially. Information is only shared with third parties upon your explicit consent, unless required by law.
Refer to the Privacy Policy for detailed information on the processing of personal data.

 

6. Provision of Services
Services are provided at the practice location in The Hague, in the country where Hilde is present at the time of service, or via Zoom, unless otherwise agreed.
Heelde is a sole proprietorship. In the event of Hilde Verhoef’s prolonged absence, no replacement will be arranged. Where possible, she will refer you to a suitable practitioner.

 

7. Appointments and Cancellations

Consultations and Healing Sessions:

• Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.

Workshops and Group Healings:

• Cancellations up to 3 weeks before the event: full refund.
• Cancellations within 3 weeks: no refund.
• Reservations are personal and non-transferable.

Late Arrivals:
Late arrivals will result in a shortened session without a reduction in the fee.

 

8. Cancellations by Hilde Verhoef
If a session is canceled by Hilde Verhoef, no payment is due for that appointment.

 

9. Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing to hilde@heelde.org.
Filing a complaint does not suspend the payment obligation.
Heelde adheres to the complaints procedure of the GAT (https://catcollectief.nl/gat-geschillen-alternatieve-therapeuten/).

 

10. Liability
Hilde Verhoef is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of her services unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

 

11. Intellectual Property
All materials, texts, and recordings remain the property of Hilde Verhoef unless otherwise agreed. No material may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

 

12. Recordings and Data Management

• Session recordings are the property of the client and are not stored by Heelde. Zoom recordings and transcripts are deleted within 7 days.
• No client files are maintained; each session stands independently.
• Intake information is stored for a maximum of 2 years after the end of the process.

13. Fees and VAT
All fees are exclusive of 21% VAT, which will be specified on the invoice.

 

14. Crisis Situations
Heelde does not offer crisis services. In case of an emergency, contact your primary care physician or local emergency services.

 

15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

 

The Heelde website has been created with care. However, it is possible that some information may be outdated or incorrect. Heelde does not accept liability for any damages resulting from actions taken based on information provided on the website.

 

All intellectual property rights belong to Hilde Verhoef. Photography is the property of Alima Ruf and Hilde Verhoef. The logo is designed by Prayanadesign. Use of any materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

Heelde values your privacy and processes personal data with care, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable international data privacy laws effective in 2025.
