During a deep trance session, you are guided into a profound state of relaxation, similar to that dreamy feeling just before you fall asleep. In this state, you can connect with your subconscious mind, where surprising insights and healing information are often hidden.

How a deep trance session unfolds

Intake conversation
We start with a calm conversation where you can share your questions and intentions. Together, we look for the common thread in your story to clarify what you wish to explore during the session.

 

Relaxation (induction)
Next, I gently guide you into a deep state of relaxation, step by step. This process usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Your body becomes increasingly calm while your mind opens up to new insights.

 

Journey and subconscious connection
In this phase, you embark on an inner journey. You may experience images, feelings, or memories that carry valuable messages. This part of the session can last several hours. Everything is recorded so you can listen back later. Often, you’ll pick up on more details that you may not have fully noticed during the session itself.

 

Closing and integration
After the journey, I gently bring you back to the present moment. We take the time to discuss your experiences and explore how you can integrate the insights into your daily life.

Practical information

  • Session duration: 5 to 6 hours. Coming back for a follow-up session? That one lasts up to 4 hours.
  • Online or in-person: This session is held in person in The Hague and is not available online.
  • Recording: You need to record the session so you can listen back later. This helps you further integrate the insights. Re-listening is essential, as during the deep trance you are in a theta state, making it difficult to remember everything.
  • Exercises and reflection: After the session, you’ll receive practical exercises and reflection questions to continue working with.
  • Cost: €378 for the initial session and €297 for the follow-up session.
